Hi, I'm Geof.

ACE Certified PT since 2011 15 Years Experience Independent Gym · Denver

I've been a certified personal trainer since 2011. In that time I've worked with a lot of different people, athletes, older adults, post-surgical patients, complete beginners. The clients I connect with most? Beginners who thought this wasn't for them.

My focus isn't weight loss. It's building real, functional strength and body awareness, the kind that changes how you move through your days and how you feel in your own body. We work in-person at an independent gym in Denver, or live via Zoom if you're remote or prefer the flexibility. Either way, it's real coaching.

Sessions at 835 E. 18th Ave in Denver, an independent gym with no membership fees or sign-up requirements. Less crowded and lower-key than a big-box gym, with focused one-on-one coaching the entire session.
