Whether you want hands-on training in Denver, live Zoom coaching wherever you are, or a structured program to bring to your own gym, there's an option built for where you are right now.

Most Personalized

1:1 In-Person Training

In-person sessions at 835 E. 18th Ave in Denver. This is the most hands-on option, and it's where most local clients start, especially if they're new to lifting.

Every session is built around you. Your current strength level, your mobility, what clicked last week and what needs more work. I watch your movement patterns closely, adjust on the fly, and teach you the mechanics behind every exercise so you're building real understanding, not just following instructions.

The gym is an independent facility, no membership fees, no sign-up requirements, no front desk to navigate. A few other trainers work there, but it's a far cry from the crowded floor of a big-box gym. You come in, we work, you leave. That low-friction environment matters more than people expect when they're just getting started.

Flexible

Online Coaching via Zoom

Full personal training via Zoom, for clients who aren't in Denver, travel frequently, or prefer the flexibility of training wherever they are.

This is not a program you follow alone. I'm with you the entire session, just like I would be in the gym, watching your movement, cueing your form, adjusting the workout in real time. The only difference is where you are. Sessions can be done at your home, your favorite gym, a hotel gym, wherever works best for your schedule that day.

A lot of clients are skeptical about this at first. They come around pretty quickly once they realize the coaching experience is essentially identical. And for people who travel regularly, it turns out to be a game changer: your trainer goes with you.

Trainerize Program

For clients who want a well-designed, expert-built program and the autonomy to run with it, with fewer direct coaching touches each month.

Through the Trainerize app, you get a complete, periodized training program built for your level and your goals, with video demonstrations for every movement. You train on your schedule, log your sessions in the app, and reach out when you have questions or want a check-in.

This is also a strong option if you find yourself stuck doing the same two or three exercises every time you show up, or if walking into a big gym leaves you feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Having a real program in your hand changes that immediately. You know exactly what you're doing, in what order, and why.

Common Questions

Things people ask before booking.

I've never lifted before. Is that really okay?

Yes, and honestly it's where I do some of my best work. Starting from scratch means we build everything correctly from the beginning. There are no bad habits to undo. Beginners who are genuinely motivated make remarkable progress.

I'm worried about getting hurt. How do you approach that?

Carefully and methodically. We start with a movement assessment, build load progressively, and spend real time on technique before we ever push intensity. Strength training done well is one of the safest things you can do for your body at any age.

I'm overweight. Will that be a problem?

No. A significant portion of my clients are working through exactly that. The gym environment exists partly for this reason. You'll never feel judged or out of place here.

What if I've tried this before and stopped?

That's worth talking about on the free call, because the reason you stopped usually matters. Most of the time it comes down to the program not fitting the person's life, or the absence of real accountability. Both of those are fixable.

Does online coaching actually work?

Yes, and it's worth being clear about what it actually is: live, full-length Zoom sessions where I'm with you the entire time, watching your movement and coaching your form in real time. It's not a program you follow alone. For the right person it works extremely well, and some of my longest client relationships are fully remote. It's especially valuable for people who travel regularly.

What equipment do I need for online or Trainerize?

It depends on your situation. I build programs around what you have access to, whether that's a full gym, a home setup with some dumbbells, or something in between. We figure that out before I write a single workout.
